“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.” - Viktor Frankl
I approach each client with care, consideration, and compassion. I offer a safe and confidential space where you can explore whatever may be troubling you. I aim to listen attentively and meet you with empathy, openness, and without judgement. Being truly heard and understood can, in itself, be a healing experience. Each session offers an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, understand why you may respond to situations in certain ways, and reconnect with aspects of yourself that may have been overlooked or lost. Through this process, you may begin to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and find relief from emotional distress. As you move through the therapeutic journey, you may discover inner resources and strengths that help you see your circumstances from a different perspective, find new meaning, and recognise possibilities and choices that were previously difficult to see. I can support you on your journey of self-awareness, growth, and healing. My Therapeutic Approach Every person is unique, and so is their therapeutic journey. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, tailoring my work to your individual needs, concerns, and personality. My approach may incorporate: - Person-centred and humanistic psychotherapy - Gestalt therapy - Jungian approaches and symbolism - Dream work - Psychodynamic psychotherapy - Transpersonal psychotherapy - Body psychotherapy - EMDR I adapt these approaches according to what emerges in our work together, allowing the therapeutic process to develop in a way that feels relevant and meaningful to you. Sessions I offer both short-term and open-ended, longer-term psychotherapy. The duration of therapy depends on your individual needs, what you hope to explore or resolve, and the changes you wish to make in your life. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly, unless otherwise agreed. At the beginning of our work together, we will establish a working agreement covering matters such as fees and cancellations. Sessions are available in either English or Korean.
